The main types of positions we have available are:
Producer – These are the ‘‘deal-makers’’. The Producer is a self-managed, well-networked, experienced business person that serves as our client interface in the field. We are seeking Producers in all the major markets of Texas that we will support from our Kerrville Headquarters with branding, marketing, buyer network, training, sales materials, technology, pricing/appraisals, presentation creation, etc., so they can do the fun, high-skill part of managing relationships with buyers and sellers and managing the business deals through their twists and turns. Producers should expect a strong six-figure income after a 6-12 month buildup of their deal pipeline and should have 9-12 months of living expenses saved before applying.
Production Assistant – These are the headquarters staff that works tirelessly behind the scenes to make the Producer’s lives easier with administrative work like presentation creation, internet marketing, setting meetings, screening buyers, direct mail campaigns, press releases, social media, and thank-you letters. Production Assistants can be hourly or salary employees and in general work normal business hours at our Kerrville, TX headquarters.
Analyst – These are the technical experts that help our team value and dissect businesses we are evaluating for our buyers. Must be proficient in Excel, financial modeling, research, and be familiar with profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Business appraisal or banking experience is a plus but not necessary.
Marketing – Our marketing needs are constantly evolving, but we always are pushing the envelope with internet marketing, social media, video, direct mail, telemarketing, SEO, etc., and work with marketing specialists in various disciplines as remote independent contractors as well as salaried staff.
